Shipping
All items are shipped in discreet plain packaging via Australia Post eParcel which is trackable and must be signed for by you which ensures that you receive the parcel safely. We never write anything on the packaging that would identify the contents of the package or where it came from. Postage costs are calculated based on the size, weight and destination of the package with our average shipping cost being $9.83. To calculate your postage visit the Checkout.

We aim to ship all orders on the day or next business day from when the order is made. However in the unlikely case we don't have the item in stock we will order it in and ship it out as soon as possible. Our estimated shipping time is between 2-10 business days. Currently we ship items Australia wide, unfortunately we cannot ship items outside Australia. It is your responsibility to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. Should you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense.

Payments
We accept payments via Visa, Mastercard and PayPal with all transactions processed in Australian dollars. Return Policy
Due to the nature of Adult Products and Australian standards for Health and Safety we are unable to provide refunds on used products in the One Stop Adult Shop store. If your product is faulty on arrival you must contact us within 14 days of receipt and we will organise a replacement or refund. We may need to get you to post us the faulty item, for which postage fees will apply. If we provide you with a replacement product we will post it to you at no additional cost. If you return an item which is not faulty after we test it, then you will be responsible to pay postage costs to ship the item to you.
