I used this to train myself and I found it very helpful. Moving up a size was a bit difficult at first, but thankfully I got stretched out enough to where there just absolute pleasure. Another plus is that when I wore any of these sizes with a thong, I had no problems with them popping out. All in all, a good training kit. All I need now is a size larger than the "large" one in this kit!
